The Health Care Assistants will assist the Practice clinical team in the provision and delivery of prescribed programmes of patient care such as New Patient Health Checks, NHS Health Checks, Basic Dressing, Blood Pressure Checks, Suture Removals, Weight Management Clinic, Over 75’s Check The Practice Pharmacist will assist the Practice clinical team in the provision and delivery of prescribed programmes of patient care such as Diabetes Reviews, Hypertension Clinic, and Medication Reviews The District Nurses are responsible for patients needing nursing care at home. The Health Visiting Team provides advice and information on all Health issues for the family through the child health clinic (up to 5 years of age) and home visits. The Midwives role encompasses the care of women during pregnancy, birth and afterwards. The Anticoagulation Service Manager is responsible for the administrative and non-medical aspects of the anticoagulation clinic (warfarin management clinic). The Business Support Officer assists the Business Manager and the Doctors, overlooks the referral letters management and the medical reports. |
